The BirdShack core menu features a streamlined offering of required products including tenders, bone-in, fried chicken sandwiches, biscuits, wedges, mac & cheese, and dipping sauces. From there, operators can choose from approved add-ons including boneless wings, additional sides (green beans and mashed potatoes & gravy), as well as a robust snack progam (corn dogs, burritos, Crisiptos®, and Tornados®). In total, a BirdShack operator can operate the core menu on approximately 20 SKU’s (product, packaging, and BOH supplies), with the option to add more as needed.
